The first attempt to create an acrylic painting on canvas – 2018. Almost immediately, I switched from canvas to wood. In my work, I use wood, acrylic, tempera, acrylic paste, various varnishes, interference enamels, gilding, metallic powders, metal, plastic, epoxy resin, and many other materials.
At the end of 2020, I became interested in creating reliefs from various materials and in forming three-dimensional shapes using acrylic paste. Through experimentation, I developed my own technique for creating bas-reliefs of any complexity. To paint a bas-relief or any volumetric form, I use acrylic paste and ordinary brushes, while for shaping large relief surfaces, I use a palette knife.
In 2023, I began experimenting with metal wire reinforcement to create sculptural compositions from acrylic paste. I presented my works on international contemporary art platforms. In 2024, I successfully tested the use of acrylic paste in jewelry making. That same year, five artworks were sold to a private collection. Since 2025, four of my works have been part of the Phileas Fogg Contemporary Art Gallery.
At present, I continue to experiment with the use of acrylic paste in sculptural compositions.
In my understanding, an artist is a creator who builds new worlds, expands and transforms reality, and is able to reshape the real world through the prism of their own perception and share it with the viewer. For me, it is essential that the visual images I create evoke unusual sensations and impressions.
